Club Night 7th March 2023

 What a great evening. We started with our AGM and thence, after a Coffee Break, we were entertained in the second half by: Three Peas in a Pod (drums, keys, electric bass); Warren Levick on our Clavinova; and last but certainly not least, Marion Robertson on our Clavinova also.

Great music and a genuinely delightful atmosphere throughout the evening.

Marion Robertson gave us an extended play on the Clavinova. Unfortunately for the Club, Marion and Peter will be re-locating back to the Tauranga region later this month. So thank you Marion for your wonderful music over the last couple of years and we wish you all good things back in the Tauranga region where you have so many long-term routes.

Coffee Day at Okura Country Estate 21st February 2023

 Our first Coffee Day for 2023. Coffee Day in February is a tradition of holding it at the lovely Okura Country Estate and courtesy of resident, Dave Winslade.

Not a large turn-out unfortunately, but a very nice day was had by all attending on a beautiful sunny day.

We had a debut member Rafi playing for us on his Fender electric guitar with added vocals. Well done Rafi very enjoyable.

Some lovely eats as well for lunch. Thanks to Kay Boyes for organizing the event and acting as our catering manager for the day.
