Club Night 1st April 2008

The Club had a great Club Night with members playing in the first half and then we were privileged to have John Bercich give us a mini-concert for the second half of the evening. John has been a professional musician for nigh on 50 years and the experience and polish shows with his superb playing on his favoured Korg Pa80 and Korg Pa1X keyboards. John brought one of his students with him, Jan Johnson, who played some pieces in concert with John - great stuff. Thanks for a superb performance John and well done Jan.

 

 

 

  Ann Izzillo played for about 20 minutes to
    start the evening for us playing the Club's
    Technics GA3 organ. Ann has one of these
    at home so the arrangements as well as the
    playing was very slick and a delight to hear.

 

 

 

Ken Mahy played the GA3 also and very nicely too. Ken is improving all the time - the enthusiasm and practice shows. Well done Ken.
